All prices in our store is in USD (United States Dollar) currency.
The retail prices do not include VAT. We do NOT charge local taxes for residents outside of Hong Kong/Macao/China. You may be required to pay import duty, tax and handling fees to the postal service or courier. These charges depend on your order value and your country of order origination. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, DPO/APO/FPO, military bases, P.O Boxes, pack stations and other non-physical addresses.
The orders are shipped from Hong Kong within 2 to 3 business-days (Monday - Friday), excluding official & banking holidays in Hong Kong. The orders are delivered by Netherlands Post (EU & Worldwide, 12 to 20 business days) and e-Packet (USA, Canada, Australia; 11 to 19 business days).
After you order is shipped, in two or three days you will receive a tracking number that will help you to track the order status.
IMPORTANT NOTE. During worldwide pandemic (also sales, holidays, Christmas and New Year periods) delivery can take more than the standard time. We still process orders normally, but our fulfillment company and other processing centers (like DHL, Post NL, etc.) usually are overloaded. Please remember, that the parcel tracking can have a delay at the start too.

Please note that if you give an incorrect or incomplete address, the shipment will be returned to the warehouse and the shipping cost both ways will be deducted from the order price.

Your watch is warranted by Svalbard Watches Ltd. for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by daily wear or excessive use or abuse of the bracelet, appendages and crystal. The warranty does not cover water damage when the watch is not used according to manufacturer's guidelines. All watches are shipped in working order. The warranty does not cover battery life and/or battery replacement. The warranty is usually void if unauthorized repairs have been performed by anyone other than an authorized dealer of the brand. Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, you may return it to us. Note! We accept returns on new, unused/unworn watches (open box) only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
If the customer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition within 15 days, a 15% of restocking fee will be withheld. The cost of return transportation will not be refunded.
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition,
with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at shop2@svalbard.one to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to us. Return address will
depend from your location (different for US/EU/AU).
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We
strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Please note: a 15% restocking fee will be charged for all
returns.
(15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
REFUSED DELIVERY
What is mean: if you refuse delivery (like refuse to pay local customs fees), if your local customs/post can't contact you by the phone or email (which you fill in order) or provide wrong (not complete) delivery address - we will NOT refund your payment.
Parcel tracking must indicate that the return process has started, and we have received the parcel back. Only after receiving it will we return your money, minus the cost of shipping both ways.
